Services

CyberNowSafe provides professional digital literacy and IT safety educational services aimed at enhancing skills and knowledge.

Refund Policy for Services

Given the nature of the educational services, refunds are generally not provided once the service has commenced, as the content and resources become accessible immediately upon enrollment.

However, if a service session is canceled by CyberNowSafe or in cases of demonstrable technical issues that prevent access, clients may request a refund or reschedule through our contact form.

Rescheduling of services is possible subject to availability and must be arranged via our contact form at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

Infoproducts

CyberNowSafe may offer digital educational materials such as e-books, guides, or courses.

Refund Policy for Infoproducts

Due to the immediate delivery of digital content, all sales are final. Refunds are not available unless the product is defective or substantially different from the description provided. In such cases, please get in touch through our contact form within 7 days of purchase.

Physical Goods

If CyberNowSafe offers any physical goods, such items are subject to a separate refund and return policy.
